Diagonal is the web application Diagonal Marketing SAC uses to run its day-to-day operation: suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, scheduled payments, tax withholdings, projects, cost-center budgets and occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation. It replaces the scattered spreadsheets and email threads the company used before, keeping every document, approval and payment in one place with a full record of who did what and when.
It runs at erp.diagonal.pe. It is not a consumer product and has no open sign-up: it is used by the staff of Diagonal Marketing SAC and by the company's suppliers, and every account is enabled by the company itself.

01What it does
Diagonal covers the full administrative cycle of an events and BTL production company:
- Suppliers. Company records, bank details and current paperwork, with a dedicated portal where each supplier uploads invoices and checks their account statement.
- Purchasing and approvals. Purchase orders with an approval flow by amount and approver, so no expense moves forward without the right sign-off.
- Invoices and payments. Invoice intake, payment scheduling, batch payments, refunds and reconciliation against bank movements.
- Tax obligations. Withholdings (detracciones), rental taxes and the SUNAT inbox, with their reports and due dates.
- Factoring and leases. Tracking of assigned invoices and active contracts.
- Projects and cost centers. Budget against actual spend per event or campaign.
- Occupational health and safety. Repository of policies, plans, procedures and OHS records, tracking which document each person has read.
- Reports and analytics. Spend dashboards by supplier, client and period, with spreadsheet export.
02Who uses it
- Internal staff of Diagonal Marketing SAC (administration, management and production), with different permissions per role.
- Registered suppliers of the company, who only reach their own portal to upload documents, review payments received and keep their paperwork current.
There is no self-service sign-up. Every account is created and authorised by Diagonal Marketing SAC, and a person only sees the information their role allows.
03How you sign in
Sign-in is through Sign in with Google at erp.diagonal.pe. That is a deliberate choice: the password and the second factor are handled by Google, not by us, so the application never stores or sees your password. If your account is not authorised by the company, access is denied even when the Google sign-in succeeds.
04How Diagonal uses your Google account data
The application requests only the permissions it needs for the features described below, and always shows you Google's consent screen before requesting them. No data from your Google account is used for advertising, and none of it is sold.
Identity, to sign you in

We read your email address, name and profile picture solely to identify you, confirm your account is authorised by the company, show who is signed in, and attribute the actions you record (an approval, a payment, a document upload) to your name.
Google Drive, for backups

The application produces backup copies of its database and of the administrative documents, and stores them in the company's own Google Drive. To do that it needs to browse your folders and shared drives when you pick the destination folder, upload the backup files there, list them to show you the history, and download them if a copy has to be restored.
That is the whole use: the application does not read, analyse or index the contents of your other Drive files, and it does not modify or delete files it did not create itself.
Google Calendar, for due dates

Cards on the work board (payment dates, tax deadlines, project milestones) can be pushed to your calendar as events, so you see them where you already plan your day. The application creates and updates those events, and reads your calendar only to avoid duplicating one that already exists. It is an optional feature: if you do not turn it on, the permission is never used.
05Limited use of Google data
Diagonal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
06What we do not do with that data
- We do not sell it or hand it to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
- We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models, our own or anyone else's.
- We do not let a human read it, unless you authorise it to resolve a support issue, it is necessary for security or fraud prevention, or the law requires it.
- We do not transfer Google account data to any external analytics or marketing provider.
07Retention, security and revoking access
The permissions you grant are stored as access credentials in the application's private database, on the company's server, and are used only by the backup and calendar processes described above. All traffic travels encrypted over TLS and access is restricted to accounts the company authorises.
You can withdraw the permission at any time, in two ways: from the application itself, disconnecting the Google account in the backups section, which deletes the stored credentials; or from myaccount.google.com/permissions, removing Diagonal's access. Once revoked, the application stops uploading backups and creating events, and the files already in your Drive remain under your control.
